About the position
The Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse (Per Diem) is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and achieve positive outcomes, while also being flexible with scheduling, including on-call shifts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments pre- and post-procedure.
- Administer medications and monitor patients during procedures.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
- Maintain proficiency in emergency procedures and equipment operation.
Requirements
- RN License
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- 2+ years of critical care experience
