Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet customers upon arrival.
• Assist in selling unlimited car wash passes and packages.
• Communicate with management regarding store operations and any changes that may affect operations.
• Perform basic arithmetic calculations for making change.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Lift up to 30 pounds as required.
• Respond calmly to emergencies according to company policies and procedures.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Basic math skills
• Ability to upsell products and services
• Fluency in English
• Valid Driver's License (preferred)
• Entry-level position suitable for individuals with open availability.
