Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required
- Assist in maintaining and tending to plants
- Utilize hand tools for grow maintenance
- Perform all tasks related to plants, including deleafing, spraying, transplanting, and moving plants
- Collect and record data related to plant growth and health
- Support the team in various grow-related activities
Requirements
- Growing experience
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience or interest in working in a grow setting
- Knowledge of grow rooms and garden maintenance
- Familiarity with hand tools used in plant care
Nice-to-haves
- Gardening/Plant care experience
- Ability to stand and walk for hours at a time
