About The Position

Join a team dedicated to making healthcare navigation easier and more supportive for patients. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact helping patients understand their care journey while coordinating closely with providers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced or call center environment
  • Experience with care coordination, prior authorization, and insurance/benefits verification
  • High attention to detail with data entry (including Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and communicate clearly with both patients and providers
  • Familiarity with medical terminology

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison by guiding patients through ER visits, inpatient resources, and care programs
  • Provide education and support through various communication channels, including inbound/outbound calls
  • Assist with benefits, enrollment, and coordination alongside brokers and benefits specialists
  • Ensure smooth transitions between care settings with accurate documentation and follow-up
