About the position
Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking a Campus Inn Aide to become a part of our team and help provide our residents with quality meals and a dignified dining experience. As a Campus Inn Aide working at CKV, we will provide you with opportunities to enjoy a friendly work environment guided by Christian values. This opening is for a part-time position with the opportunity to work up to 30 hours every two weeks. Applicants must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning dishes, pots and pans, equipment, and work areas of the kitchen.
- Following specific detailed instructions, policies and procedures, including sanitation and infectious control standards.
- Maintaining fire and safety standards.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Previous experience in dining and/or a health care setting preferred.
- Fundamental knowledge to read work-related materials and to follow directions required.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to routinely interact with residents, families, team members and visitors.
