This role is designed to enhance customer communication, particularly over weekends, by dispatching to an on-call technician instead of solely relying on an answering service. Requirements

  • Ability to remain seated and on the phone for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information regarding customer deliveries.
  • Address customer account questions.
  • Explain billing statements.
  • Offer product knowledge support.
  • Provide 'live support' to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Dispatch to an on-call Blossman Technician.
