Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to current and potential homeowners.
- Assist customers with service questions and overall care for their project needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to homeowners.
- Participate in extensive training to effectively use company software and equipment.
Requirements
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to sit for the majority of the shift.
- Proficient in operating computers and software programs (training provided).
- Energetic and ambitious personality with a desire to help others.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a call center environment (2 years preferred).
- Previous office experience (1 year preferred).
