Responsibilities

- Accurately gather and enter confidential information into the company's systems.
- Uphold AFIC's commitment to quality service, ensuring customers leave with a positive experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Strong attendance and dependability.
- Experience in customer service, call centers, or collections.
- Detail-oriented with clerical or data entry experience.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid PC skills and a typing speed of at least 30 wpm.
- High school diploma or equivalent (insurance experience is a plus!).
