About the position

As a Cake Decorator at Sam's Club, you will enhance member service by delivering high-quality bakery products while collaborating with team members to meet customer expectations. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks.
• Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of designs.
• Follow recipe measurement instructions and create decorative designs on bakery items.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Drive performance in the bakery area and ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Model high-quality service and products as a brand advocate.

Requirements

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
