About the position
The Technology Consultant role at Qualtrics is integral to the XM Success Team, focusing on onboarding clients and delivering customer projects that drive value and enhance client relationships. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to ensure clients successfully implement and utilize the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and support product improvements, all while contributing to high renewal and expansion rates.
Responsibilities
- Successfully onboard clients and implement customer projects from inception to production go-live.
- Deliver valuable solutions to customers, resulting in high renewal and expansion rates.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and act as a creative and analytical problem-solver.
- Support the Product team to improve product features and assist the Sales team in pursuing large deals.
- Effectively juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years in data quality and program oversight
- Experience with GSuite and Microsoft Office for MACs
- Superb communication and project management skills
- Ability to analyze response data and report back to clients for actioning.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in XML
- Familiarity with SPSS and SQL
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
