This job supervises and leads the daily operations of the Food and Beverage Department collaboration with management staff over the department. The incumbent is responsible for supervising initiatives to improve processes, maximizing efficiency, and maintaining high employee morale. Café leaders' main responsibility is to facilitate sales by way of ensuring and maintaining food quality and upholding a high standard of customer service.
