Responsibilities
- Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café.
- Maintaining cleanliness and temperature control of shelves, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products.
- Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stocking displays.
- Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating other associates on tools and tasks.
- Preparing food according to item specifications and adhering to food safety standards.
- Utilizing digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
- Driving the performance of the area by stocking and rotating merchandise and providing member service.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for and experience with fresh food.
- Commitment to member satisfaction and service.
- Ability to adapt to change and different work scenarios.
