Responsibilities

  • Fabricating and installing cabinet components and hardware.
  • Mark outlines or dimensions of parts, according to blueprints or drawing specifications.
  • Cutting 45-degree miters on aluminum and anodized trim.
  • Adhering laminate to the substrate with contact adhesive.
  • Final assembly of parts and hardware.

Requirements

  • Preferred 1-year experience in cabinet making or similar experience.
  • Preferred high school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layouts with written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements.
  • Ability to use common hand tools and power tools such as drills, and screw guns.
  • Ability to work from ladders and scaffolding.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Successful completion of the drug and background screening.
