Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels through effective materials management and inventory management systems.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance, including pricing strategies and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient stock replenishment.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a high-performance team environment.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that enhances the customer shopping experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is essential.
• Familiarity with contract negotiations and vendor relationships is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, particularly AS400 or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and make informed decisions for operational improvements.
