About the position

As a Business Systems Developer at Club Champion Golf, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of our core business systems. This role requires a technical expert who is passionate about golf and will oversee the integration and optimization of our CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), and various connected software systems. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom scripts, workflows, and integrations to improve our technology stack and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain SuiteScripts (1.0, 2.0) to customize NetSuite functionality.
• Create and maintain workflows, custom records, saved searches, and reports within NetSuite.
• Collaborate with teams across Club Champion Golf to identify and implement system enhancements.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for NetSuite scripts and configurations.
• Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using Dell Boomi to connect various business systems, ensuring accurate data flow between platforms.
• Maintain and optimize Boomi integrations, troubleshooting performance issues and ensuring system reliability.
• Work with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and implement tailored solutions.
• Analyze current business processes and suggest system improvements to streamline operations.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams regarding NetSuite and Boomi integrations.
• Stay current with the latest updates and features of NetSuite and Boomi to improve our technology stack.
• Partner with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations, and sales) to gather requirements and implement systems that support business objectives.
• Assist in planning, executing, and managing system-related projects to ensure deadlines are met.
• Document configurations, processes, and system changes for future reference and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with NetSuite development, including SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Dell Boomi development, including designing and deploying integration processes.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, especially NetSuite, and experience with integration platforms like Boomi.
• Proficient in JavaScript, XML, JSON, and SQL.

Nice-to-haves

• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, etc.)
• Boomi certifications or relevant coursework.
• Experience working in a cloud-based SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, and REST/SOAP integrations.
