Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree preferred
  • Reliable Internet Service Provider
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 0- 5 years exp in customer service-related role
  • Tech savvy
  • Salesforce exp a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries by gathering information through inquisitive questioning to identify the nature of the problem.
  • Troubleshoot product and training related questions via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Embrace active listening skills to understand and advocate for customer needs.
  • Document issues in Salesforce and offer resolutions to ensure client success.
  • Stay up to date on Meevo product knowledge and internal business processes.
  • Understand and build technical knowledge of Meevo’s products, integrations, and business scenarios.
