The Business Support Coordinator will report directly to the HR Director and support the executive team and broader business. This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to pivot between project coordination, operational administration, and office support duties.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in business support, office coordination, executive assistance, or administration roles, ideally within a corporate or fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an ambiguous and evolving environment
  • Experience in both the full Microsoft suite and SharePoint administration
  • Proven capability in managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong initiative

Nice To Haves

  • AI tools experience is an advantage
  • Experience leading or coordinating cultural initiatives, change management, or communications projects

Responsibilities

  • Manage key appointments and travel arrangements for the Executive team
  • Lead key HR initiatives, such as the employee recognition program
  • Schedule and coordinate quarterly and other key internal meetings, including agenda planning, meeting logistics, and catering
  • Provide project and communications support to the APAC HR Director on major change initiatives, new programs, and business-wide communications
  • Manage accounts administration tasks as required, including invoice processing and corporate credit card management
  • Ensure office facilities, supplies, and services are maintained to an appropriate standard
