Responsibilities
- Provide key operational and administrative support to the Professional Development team.
- Break down projects into tasks and track their progress, ensuring accountability and visibility into project timelines.
- Manage document and project notes using SharePoint and OneNote.
- Pull attendance reports and chat logs from Zoom meetings.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings using Microsoft Outlook.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong foundation in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with SharePoint and OneNote for document management.
- Familiarity with Zoom for attendance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves
- College degree preferred.
