About the position

The Business Solutions Lead Architect at Lennox is responsible for delivering large-scale, complex supply chain management and transformation projects, specifically focusing on advanced planning optimizers integrated with cloud platforms. This role involves collaborating with business partners to enhance supply chain performance, leading ideation sessions, and facilitating the transition of solution designs to operational teams. The architect will also be involved in recommending best practices and creating a roadmap for integrated business planning (IBP).

Responsibilities

• Deliver large scale, complex supply chain management and transformation projects to cloud platform integrated business planning.
• Drive design, implement, deploy, and evaluate supply chain management relevant business for process and performance improvement.
• Work with business functional partners to enhance supply chain performance through planning process and organization re-engineering.
• Collaborate with team analyzing client issues and development solutions.
• Prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting.
• Work with high-level client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance specific functional areas within specialized area of supply chain.
• Responsible for supply chain integrated business planning process including demand planning, supply planning and inventory optimization solutions and architecture.
• Recommend and participate in leading practices or best in class solutions, working with technology partner to create an IBP roadmap.
• Facilitate the transition of the solution design for the project to operations team members.
• Responsible for meeting project schedules.
• Lead ideation sessions, conduct assessments and surveys to solicit requirements and use cases from business users.
• Conduct pilots of new technology capabilities of supply chain area to meet the backlog of requirements and collaborate with external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Systems Architect, Systems Consultant, Systems Engineer, or in a related/similar position.
• 6 years performing System Applications and Products (SAP) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Production Planning and SAP Advanced Planning and Optimizer (APO).
• Experience with SAP Advanced Planning and Optimizer for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Global Available-to-Promise (ATP).
• 1 year with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for Demand and Supply Planning.
