The Business Services Coordinator serves as the liaison between Lower Shore Workforce Alliance (LSWA) and the local business community. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong partnerships with area employers to support their talent acquisition and workforce development needs. The Coordinator leads outreach efforts, manages client and vendor relationships, and collaborates with local training providers to connect businesses with relevant workforce opportunities. Additionally, this position supports the WIOA Program Manager and Workforce Director in achieving program goals.
