About The Position

This role focuses on analyzing and improving business operations, with a particular emphasis on logistics, fleet management, and transportation. The analyst will be responsible for managing large datasets, conducting various types of analysis, and translating findings into actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The position requires strong technical, analytical, and professional skills, including proficiency in data visualization tools, advanced Excel, and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, logistics, fleet management, transportation analysis, or a related operational role.
  • Experience coordinating logistics workflows, carrier relationships, or fleet operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing large datasets, conducting variance analysis, and performing cost-benefit evaluations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex operational data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying operational improvements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with transportation compliance, DOT regulations, HOS requirements, or fleet safety programs.
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory management, and logistics performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional business operations initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
