We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Office Supervisor to oversee the financial and reception operations of our Pain Center. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant business operations including patient scheduling, billing, referral intake and adherence to regulations and policies. The Business Office Supervisor must have a strong understanding of the revenue cycle, check in process, referral process and demonstrate and lead the team in exceeding the expectations of the patients we serve. This candidate will oversee a team of more than 10 staff members, including front desk staff, authorization clerks, referrals coordinators, and Health Information Management (HIM). The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of office referrals, insurance carriers, and patient intake processes.
