About The Position
Allisonville Meadows is now hiring a Business Office Manager! This role involves making a difference in the lives of patients by providing care and compassion, acting as a positive teammate by helping onboard new employees, overseeing the transmission of all Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, VA Billings, and private statements, and acting as a liaison between family members and billing agencies regarding financial assistance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, college is preferred
- One to three years nursing home or business office accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare systems
- Experience in LTC billing including Managed Medicare, traditional Medicare and the Medicaid application process highley preferred.
- Customer Service focused and the ability to demonstrate the core values listed above is a must!
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a Long-term Care or Healthcare setting w/Medicare and Medicaid strongly preferred
