Brookdale is seeking a Business Office Coordinator who will provide essential support to the community, including managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and other human resources-related duties. Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the community in areas such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and human resources duties.
  • Track community accounting changes and prepare and record all invoices for the community.
  • Assist with new hire documentation and organize and maintain personnel, resident, marketing, and other files as needed.

Requirements

  • An Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred.
  • Minimum of one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
