We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of our company. This role is responsible for billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, project setup, time and expense reporting, and other operational functions that support the business. The Business Manager will work closely with the President, serving as a trusted partner on financial management, reporting, and strategic operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all billing activities and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Set up and maintain project records, budgets, and tracking systems.
  • Oversee employee time sheets and expense reporting.
  • Assist with financial reporting. Partner with the President to support financial and business operations.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members regarding financial and operational matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support special projects and other operational initiatives as needed.
  • The ability to travel between California and Arizona as needed (min of 10%)
