The Business Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of The Paz Center. Responsibilities include maintaining the booking system for overnight stays and events, overseeing billing and contracts, developing budgets to identify revenue opportunities, and producing regular reports. Additional responsibilities include making sure that all emergency items are functional, addressing minor maintenance needs, and supporting cleaning, upkeep and event set up. The Business Manager will be cross trained with the Experience Manager to ensure a VIP experience for all visitors. This is a 10-month employee with times TBD with the Experience Manager. This position must work on campus at the Paz Center. May require nights and weekends. Remote work is not available.
