The Senior Assistant Community Manager supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the communit(ies) by completing accounting and reporting tasks, preparing monthly close-out, processing invoices for payment, collecting rent, fees, and other payments, completing bank deposits, dispositions, and account reconciliations, and using the property management system to record, track, and report on all financial workings of the property. In addition, this role is designed to help experienced ACM's develop additional operational skills in preparation for advancing in their careers. The role also involves providing operational support with specific tasks when the Community Manager is unavailable.
