Responsibilities
- Support and implement a comprehensive Vehicle Care Business Intelligence & Data Strategy: This includes defining the organization's data vision, goals, and objectives, developing a roadmap for achieving these objectives, and aligning the strategy with overall business goals.
- Business Performance Evaluation: Support definition and evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of current Vehicle Care strategies and identify areas for improvement or innovation. Collaborate with different business partners to ensure development of our KPI's remains on track.
- Evaluate Vehicle Care Portal's Impact: Analyze impact of the tool on FCSD performance metric.
- Reporting and Visualization: Create clear and concise dashboard that includes automatic reports and data visualization to communicate insights to both internal & external partners.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize data needs: Work closely with different business units to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
