Responsibilities

• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs.
• Develops business strategies by recommending initiatives based on data and implementing processes.
• Reassesses strategies to adjust to feedback and meet results.
• Advises on the development, execution, and improvement of action plans based on best practices.
• Establishes timelines, workflows, and requirements to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Oversees training and verifies necessary documentation for reviewing results.

Requirements

• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• At least 6 years of work experience in a role requiring analytical skills.
• Ability to partner with internal technical teams to design and implement sales operations solutions.
• Proficiency in analyzing sales processes and mechanisms for performance improvement.
• Experience in sales processes and tools, including Salesforce CRM systems.
• Competence in managing core Sales Operations processes such as Account Planning and Quota Development.
• Ability to model and simulate improvements to existing business processes.
