About the position

The Business Experience Planning & Administration Specialist Sr at PNC is a key role within the C&IB Technology organization, focusing on contingent labor management and contract management. This position involves supporting hiring managers in onboarding and managing contingent labor, as well as overseeing contract management processes to ensure timely execution and compliance. The role requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to drive efficiencies and improve processes, ultimately contributing to the company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Assist hiring managers in onboarding, extending, or terminating contingent labor resources.
  • Gather data and make recommendations to streamline contingent labor processes and decrease contractor tenure risk.
  • Create and monitor metrics to track progress of tenure remediation efforts and contractor over rate card assignments.
  • Co-manage the internal contract management process to ensure timely execution.
  • Work with managers to gather necessary documentation for contract submissions and track status.
  • Host weekly status meetings with the Supply Chain Management team to promote process adoption and improvements.
  • Analyze business problems and prepare planned approaches for line of business initiatives.
  • Define and obtain data collection, research, and reporting activities for assigned initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and influencing abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
