We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value deals for our Vision AI Data Solutions. With the potential to earn up to 10% commission on million-dollar deals, this role is ideal for a motivated and ambitious sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and Target Prospects: Research and identify potential clients who can benefit from Realeyes' Vision AI Data Solutions. Focus on high-value targets across various industries such as marketing, advertising, retail, and entertainment.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Establish trust and credibility to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Tailor approaches to meet the unique needs and challenges of each prospect.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our Vision AI Data Solutions. Highlight use cases and success stories to illustrate the impact on client businesses.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and relay market feedback to the product development team. Provide insights on client needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions. Provide regular reports on progress and results to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology or AI sector. Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of AI, computer vision, and data analytics. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong Network: Established network of contacts and relationships within relevant industries. Ability to quickly identify and connect with key decision-makers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present and negotiate at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-Motivated and Driven: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-only environment.
