About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development professional to join our team. You will play a crucial role in our organization by performing various duties to support our sales and marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has excellent communication skills, easily builds strong relationships, has experience managing referral and client relationships, and has an existing network in commercial, government, and or military networks. This is a sales, marketing and business development role. We are looking for the right person who can manage and build our relationships with key referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our events and services
• Coordinate marketing events such as golf tournaments, trade shows, lunches, attend conventions, chambers of commerce, and other relevant events
• Communicate effectively with referral partners, customers, and internal team members
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in partnership with our valued partners
• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records of customer and partner interactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns

Requirements

• Proficiency in English required
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, and business development
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft365 or Google Workspace
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries or concerns professionally
• Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
