About the position

The Business Development Manager at Astrix Technology Group is a remote role focused on driving growth and developing new client relationships within the life science industry. This position is crucial for maximizing existing business relationships and ensuring that client staffing needs are met effectively. The role involves generating proposals, analyzing market activity, and collaborating with recruiters to fulfill client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by developing strong relationships with key customers and proactively developing new business contacts.
• Maximize Astrix's existing business relationships.
• Serve as the interface between the customer and Astrix to ensure the customer's staffing needs are met.
• Generate proposals that successfully address the client's technical, functional, and budgetary requirements.
• Monitor and analyze market and customer activity to gain insight for long-term planning and business expansion.
• Provide guidance and collaboration to recruiters in order to satisfy client requirements.

Requirements

• Must have some combination of staffing industry experience, sales experience, and scientific or technical degree/experience.
• Bachelor's Degree (science related is ideal).
