We are seeking a talented professional to serve as Business Development Manager for an exciting, complex, mission-focused organization within the Intelligence Community. The selected candidate will join a high performing team of qualified, diverse, individuals supporting the Intel mission and is expected to lead strategic communications, corporate strategy, and policy implementation. We are looking for a strategically focused individual with superior communication skill to work in partnership with the executive leadership managing the execution of key intelligence priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with technical teams and customers to define and refine differentiated offerings that meet customer mission needs and address customer wants, all within customer budget restraints.
  • Coordinate closely with profit and loss (P&L) stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology and growth strategies, resources, and new business priorities with the needs to grow their respective portfolios.
  • Establish and execute partner relationships and strategies to increase Probability of Win (Pwin) and reduce execution risk on new business opportunities.
  • Establish, track, analyze, and report on a clear set of decision quality business metrics that can support company growth.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and provide input into long range business plans.
  • Lead or participate in trade shows and conferences and bids and proposal activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years' staff experience with a Northern Virginia federal agency is required.
  • An active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience engaging with designated Federal Government agency networks on technological capabilities and requirements, including Artificial Intelligence, is strongly preferred.
  • Prior contracting program experience with the Federal Government on acquisition or requirements development programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with business development processes and procedures as they relate to Federal agencies is preferred, but on-the-job training will be provided.
