The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving the top of the sales funnel by identifying, connecting with, and qualifying new business opportunities. The BDM is responsible for executing a mix of inbound and outbound strategies to build a steady pipeline of leads aligned with company goals. They must be proactive, highly organized, passionate about prospecting new business and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Note: ITA Group is also open to considering candidates for an Associate Business Development Manager (BDM) position. This role is ideal for individuals with limited or no prior experience but who demonstrate strong potential and the right mindset for growth. Responsibilities will align with the core functions of the BDM role but will be adjusted to reflect the scope and expectations appropriate for an associate-level position.
