About the position

The Business Development Manager at Honeycomb Software is responsible for driving the company's presence in the United States, focusing on building strong client relationships and expanding sales opportunities. This role involves managing the entire sales journey, from lead qualification to deal closure, while collaborating with internal teams to align strategies with customer goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new sales opportunities in the region.
  • Represent Honeycomb Software at events and help organize/host them to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Manage the sales journey from lead qualification and presales to deal closure, becoming a trusted advisor for clients.
  • Develop business value-focused offerings tailored to customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners, working closely with the management team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and strategies with customer goals.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline and reporting processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in IT outsourcing, digital transformation consulting, or recruitment agencies.
  • Proven ability to develop new relationships, acquire new accounts, and close deals.
  • Strong understanding of the USA market, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate business value effectively and present tailored solutions to potential clients.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and building partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage top management and drive strategy.
  • Familiarity with legal requirements for closing contracts in the U.S. market.
