As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving Bob W's success in Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway, Sweden) by prospecting, securing, and managing corporate accounts. As an integral part of our growing B2B team, you'll bring a wealth of sales experience, a strong network of travel buyers in Scandinavia, and the expertise to position Bob W as the go-to accommodations provider in the region. You're a self-starter with a proactive approach to building and nurturing relationships, combining strategy with execution to deliver profitable revenue and foster brand loyalty. As a key member of our Growth organisation, you'll join an international team of customer acquisition and revenue management experts. Embracing a growth hacking mindset, we leverage traditional hotel customer acquisition tools while constantly testing, innovating, and thinking outside the box.
