About the position

The Director of Marketing & Business Development is a leadership role focused on driving business growth initiatives within the healthcare sector. This position involves overseeing a team of business development professionals, implementing strategic plans to enhance market presence, and fostering community engagement to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing and business development, particularly in healthcare, and will be responsible for cultivating relationships with key stakeholders in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and performance management.
  • Expand and implement comprehensive business development strategies to increase revenue.
  • Lead community engagement efforts to cultivate relationships with local organizations and healthcare providers.
  • Plan and oversee community events and outreach programs to promote services and build brand awareness.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts, including digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze new patient flow trends and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align business development efforts with organizational strategy.
  • Manage the business development and marketing budget to maximize return on investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
