About The Position

At Citizens, business banking marketing is focused on understanding client needs, meeting business owners where they are, and delivering data-driven marketing that drives acquisition and deepens relationships. The Business Banking Marketing Partner is an execution-focused role responsible for supporting integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive growth across Business Banking products and segments. This role blends strong project management, channel execution, and performance analysis to deliver campaigns that are on time, on budget, and optimized for results. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a balance of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Ability to plan, develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing programs
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively and with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Clear thinker with strong project management, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
  • Computer proficiency, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and CoPilot

Nice To Haves

  • Prior interest and exposure to B2B financial services marketing
  • Strong budgeting acumen: ability to track estimates vs. actuals, flag risks early, and manage vendors/POs/invoices with rigor.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and translate results into optimization recommendations, including comfort with web analytics (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and measurement best practices.
  • MBA or equivalent experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Preparing clear and concise marketing and creative briefs – work with Growth Strategists to distill measurable objectives, strategies, and tactics using data and customer insights to drive outcomes.
  • Keeping the customer at the center of everything we do – serve as the voice of the customer and strive to optimize the client experience across channels and at every touchpoint.
  • Leading the flawless project management and execution of integrated marketing programs – from start to finish, drive on-brand, on-strategy, and on-time delivery.
  • Driving continuous improvement – test, learn and lead retrospective including performance analysis, reporting, and recommendations to optimize marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and reporting.
  • Managing budget and expenses – provide timely and accurate estimates and ensure all approved spend is accurately tracked and reported.
