About The Position

Our client is a Fortune 500 financial and payments technology company, and leads the industry in innovation, scale and service. They are now looking to add to the their team and are looking to hire a "Business Analyst” . This role will be based out of Charlotte, NC(on site 3x a week) Summary: Analyze business requests to be solved with automated systems. Formulate and design automated systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements and are within stated sizing estimates. Configure system settings and options; plan and execute business design, assist in integration and acceptance testing, where necessary; and create specifications for system to meet business requirements. Include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.

Requirements

Experienced in Scrum/Agile SDLC
working with scrum masters and product managers to achieve overall sprint management
Comfortable working with JIRA/Atlassian products and comfortable using Slack
Proactively identifying and remove roadblocks
Facilitating work with downstream technical stakeholders
User Acceptance Testing
Working seamlessly across Product Management, UX, and various stakeholders to drive actionable requirements
Agile/Scrum Experience – Strong foundational experience in agile environments.
Integration & API Knowledge – Ability to troubleshoot and work effectively with integrations (critical from team perspective).
Payment/Point-of-Sale (POS) Background – Familiarity with payment processing or POS environments (hardware + software).
Certified in Business Analyst, Product Management, etc for well accredited institution or BA or BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar degrees
