We are trusted for engineering solutions and are known for designing and fabricating custom hydraulic power units, hydraulic valve actuators, and hydraulic winch packages. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst – Operations to support the successful implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role will act as a critical liaison between business operation stakeholders and the IT/implementation team, ensuring operational requirements are accurately captured, documented, and translated into system functionality. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business process analysis, operational workflows, and ERP systems. The working environment will be a cross-functional, collaborative environment, may require occasional travel, and will be on-site in Tulsa depending on project phase.
