About the position

The Business Analyst II - Sales Operations at Blue Cross of Idaho plays a crucial role in identifying and analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and defining the scope and objectives for applications integrated with business processes and IT infrastructure. This position supports the Sales Operations team and offers a hybrid work environment after an initial onsite training period in Meridian, Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business needs and gather requirements.
• Define scope and objectives for applications integrated with business processes and IT infrastructure.
• Support the Sales Operations team in operational process design and implementation.
• Recommend solutions or improvements to business processes.
• Research business requirements and develop detailed specifications.
• Communicate needs to the development team by translating business requirements.
• Assist in the development of tools, applications, reports, and analytics for strategic programs and metrics.
• Plan and execute business user acceptance testing and related test activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work through resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Subject area or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related experience.
• Experience with operational process design and implementation.
• Technical skills in Salesforce and Facets.
• Knowledge of gathering and documenting business requirements and process mapping methodologies.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Strong analytical skills, including problem solving and process improvement.
