About The Position
The Bundle Assembler must be able to work in a team. Must be self-motivated, dependable, and can work over 40 hours when needed. Must be able to work at a high pace while keeping safety as the #1 priority. Must be able to listen and learn from others. Must be able to work on a task without sacrificing quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience with ACHE bundle assembly
- Ability to read prints and apply information correctly at a basic level
- Ability to assemble sideframes and tube supports with supervision
- Ability to insert tubes with supervision
- Ability to set strip spacers with supervision
- Ability to set tube keepers with supervision
- Ability to disassemble bundles with supervision
- Understand not to begin work until Safety has inspected a pressure vessel previously in service
- Able to respectfully identify challenges and, when applicable, propose possible solutions
- Be self-motivated and driven for individual high performance
- Recognizes need to own personal safety and actively contributes to peer safety
