This position is responsible for utilizing leads provided by Airgas resources, both from within and outside the company's standard portfolio, to identify and engage potential clients. The specialist will work closely with existing Bulk Specialists, District Managers, Altec resources, Radnor marketing teams, and Account Managers to develop a comprehensive set of market leads. The role requires a proactive approach to connect with and qualify each lead before engaging local Bulk Specialists to ensure a streamlined process for converting leads into business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess high-level experience in collaborating with multiple internal groups to design and implement successful marketing programs. A key aspect of this role is the ability to penetrate accounts effectively and identify decision-makers within those accounts. The Bulk New Business Development Specialist will utilize a selling system to gather necessary information and understand the pain points of potential clients. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar database management systems is essential, as maintaining accurate and up-to-date information is critical for success in this position.
