About The Position

The position is responsible for maintaining facilities and equipment in an efficient manner to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff in adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years' experience in maintenance or facility operations is required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and maintain personal auto insurance coverage.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Must have a current TB test or chest x-ray.
• Knowledge of the requirements for providing services needed to clients.
• Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA and CFR-42 client confidentiality regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as part of a team.
• Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates maintenance needs with Site Program Directors and other staff.
• Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual site checks.
• Respond to repair requests in a timely manner.
• Schedules, and obtains bids.
• Communicates with contractors.
• Monitors and updates maintenance department project tracker.
• Maintain library of user manuals for furniture, appliances and equipment.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Assists in maintaining parking, sidewalks, lawn care and landscaping as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
