About the position
Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking enthusiastic Front of House Team Members for roles including Cashier, Greeter, and Server. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-energy environment and enjoy providing excellent customer service while engaging with guests in a sports-themed atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Serve guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a positive attitude.
- Fill orders and suggestively sell menu items.
- Receive payments and accurately count back change.
- Manage cash issued and received at the register during shifts.
- Count down the cash drawer at the end of the shift to ensure accuracy.
- Create a unique and personal experience for each guest by making connections and providing genuine suggestions.
- Drive customer loyalty through engaging conversations about sports and food pairings.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in serving (preferred).
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
- 1 year of cash handling experience (preferred).
- Valid Food Handler Certification (preferred).
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
