About the position
Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking enthusiastic Cashiers, Greeters, and Servers to join their team in a fun, high-energy environment. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling cash transactions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Team members will engage with customers, promote menu items, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a positive attitude.
- Fill orders and suggestively sell menu items.
- Receive payments and accurately count back change.
- Manage cash issued and received at the register during shifts.
- Count down the cash drawer at the end of the shift for accuracy.
- Create personal connections with guests and provide genuine suggestions.
- Educate and inform guests about food and beverage options.
- Engage guests with discussions about sports and promotions.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
- Stand for up to 8 hours.
- Food Handler Certification (preferred).
- 1 year of experience in serving (preferred).
- 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred).
- 1 year of experience in cash handling (preferred).
