About the position

Elevated San Francisco is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Budtender/Delivery Driver to join our team at our cannabis dispensary. This full-time position requires open availability and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. The role involves engaging with customers, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
• Promote a positive, customer-service oriented work environment compliant with established policies and procedures.
• Model best-in-class service experience that consistently exceeds our patient's expectations.
• Be on time and fully present during work hours.
• Verify Dr Recommendations and CA state residency.
• Manage customer relations and sales.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring it is well merchandised and properly stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma; College Degree preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Applicants must be 21 years or older.

Nice-to-haves

• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Local applicants preferred.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
