About The Position

ADP is hiring a Broker Channel Sales Representative. This role involves hunting for new business alongside broker partners and bringing industry-leading solutions to small and mid-sized business owners. The position is within the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business and focuses on exclusively working through the broker channel and client referrals. The successful candidate will attend an award-winning training program and join a sales team selling human resources solutions that improve employees' lives through high-quality benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal partners to gain access to accounts and leads from assigned brokerage firms, cultivating relationships with brokers and internal partners to set appointments, gather leads, and assess buyer needs to present ADP solutions. The role requires managing multiple sales processes simultaneously, documenting them, and staying involved in the implementation process for sold business until clients are operational. Requirements

  • Ability to manage time well, prioritize deliverables, and multi-task.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and professionally in writing, in-person, and over the phone.
  • Established network and experience carrying a quota in outside business-to-business sales.
  • Impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory and relationships.
  • Ambitious spirit and ability to thrive under pressure to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Payroll experience, relationship sales experience, or HRO experience.
  • Military experience is considered valuable for skills such as teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with brokerage firms through business partnerships with internal ADP partners.
  • Educate brokerage firms on Human Resources Outsourcing solutions and implement a top-down sales strategy including industry updates and benchmarking to close sales and reach sales goals.
  • Help clients understand their needs and recommend the right solutions to solve them.
  • Earn referral business through networking with existing and new clients and forging partnerships with decision-makers.
  • Strategically cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to brokers, internal partners, and the overall network.
  • Demonstrate grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
