As a Swim Instructor at British Swim School, you will play a vital role in teaching students of all ages how to swim safely and effectively. Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages according to the British Swim School aquatics program.
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all students.
• Communicate effectively with students and their families about progress and safety.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance teaching skills.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while working with children.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Lifeguard Training certification or be willing to obtain one through paid training.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in teaching or working with children is preferred.
• Ability to swim and understand all four strokes is ideal.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in aquatics or swim instruction is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to engage with students and parents.
